Flood Cover is available for all eligible property addresses. Flood Cover is an option on both Building and Contents in Home and Landlords packages. The cover is designed to protect members against damage to their building and contents in the event of a Flood. Members will have protection for their insured assests up to the value of their sum insured. Flood Cover will be available for eligible property addresses from 13 November 2011. Please talk to SCU to find out whether you are eligible for Flood Cover.

    • Tenant hardship – lesser of 6 weeks rent or $10,000, or until another tenant takes up residence in the building
